Description Of Work: The provider showed up when promised and was clear about what had to be done and what he could do. He showed us a video that covered his process. The education was great at setting expectations. We had carpets that our pets had done a job on.
He took away two carpets to be cleaned. Member Comments: Martin promised that he would return the carpets within a week and was right on time. He brought in the carpets. He put them in place for us, and they looked great and, better yet, smelled much better!
He picked up the carpets, cleaned them, and returned them with new padding. One rug is a silk Oriental, and it has its shine back. There was no odor. The other carpet has a lot of sentimental value and looked just fine.
The only warning is that he is not a cheap date but will do a great job! He says he is less than the oriental rug cleaning services, and I believe him but did have a little sticker shock.
I do RECOMMEND him for quality work.
