Q: Does the PetPeePee System use steam cleaning or dry cleaning methods?
A: No! PetPeePee System is not a steam or dry cleaning system. Instead, the PetPeePee System uses its own blended solution made of odor-free minerals from the Dead Sea and cold water.

Q: What are the differences between the PetPeePee System compared to other services?
A: Steam cleaning systems use hot water (steam) and very strong detergents and deodorizers.  Dry cleaning systems use a strong solvent containing alcohol to dry the carpet quickly. Steam and dry cleaning systems are designed to clean dirt & soil, whereas the PetPeePee System uses cold water with a natural blend of odor-free minerals from the Dead Sea to clean and remove the urine odor and stains from carpets, area rugs, hard floors and more.

Q: Are the minerals safe for pets and children?
A: Yes!  The minerals used for the PetPeePee System are safe for all pets and children. They are natural.

Q: Can PetPeePee service remove all types of pet stains?
A: Maybe. When our trained technicians see the item to be cleaned, they can determine if the stains can be removed. Some stains may be set/permanent due to cleaning products and systems previously used.  

Q: Can you guarantee that my pet(s) will not pee after your service?
A: No. Our guarantee is to remove the urine odor. We do not guarantee that your pet will never revisit that area.  

Q: If you’re not in my location, can I still get my item cleaned by you?

Q: Does PetPeePee have cleaning products?

Q: Are your products safe for my pets?
A:Yes! Your pets are safe to walk on it & sniff it.

A:Yes! Anyone can walk on it and even sniff it.

A:Yes! There are no chemicals, toxins or harmful substances!

Q: Do I use hot water with the carpet cleaning machine product?
A:No! We recommend to use cold water with the product for best results.

Q: Can I put a sprayer on the bottle?
A:No. We do not recommend to attach a spray nozzle on the bottle simply because the area must be saturated with the product in order to work at its’ full potential. There must be equal ratios of product and urine to remove it, completely.

Q: Will the products cause any discoloration, color runs or damage?
A:No, however, residue from the Part B might remain on the fabric. Be sure to wipe any excess residue with a wet towel. If you are concerned about your fabric, please give us a call at 1-800-713-3692 and we'd be happy to advise you.

Q: Will your products reverse any previous damage?
A:No! If there are color runs, bleeding, dark staining or other damage, our products are not designed for this purpose. Our products are designed to remove urine odor and may remove some pet stains. However, any stains removed, will never resurface!

Q: Can the products remove any stain?
A:Maybe! It depends on the stain and what cleaning products were previously used. Our products may remove or lighten the stain and any stains that are removed will never resurface. In most cases, our products can remove stains if you have not used any previous cleaning products. Q: Are the products the same as the PetPeePee service?
A:Both the PetPeePee Products and PetPeePee Service use the same concept- blended minerals from the Dead Sea. Both do not use deodorizers, detergents or enzymes.

Q: Will my pet stop peeing after I use your products?
A:There is no guarantee that your pet will stop peeing after our products are used.

Q: How many uses can I get out of the Kit?
A:It depends on the size and the condition of the urine. For small spots (1sqft x 1sqft) the Kit can provide appx. 40 uses. Please call us in order to give you the best answer.

Q: Will the Kit work in the corner of the room or along the wall?
A:Our standard Kit may not be designed to work in the corner of the room or along the walls simply because it may not be enough. Q: How much do I need of the Part B on my urine spot?
A:The thickness of Part B should be appx. 1/4" to 1/2" thick. It should resemble the height of an ant hill. View our instructions page to see how thick.

Q: Can I just use Part A?
A:We do not recommend to use Part A, alone. If you have a small pet accident that may not need the Part B, please look into our PetPeePee Product which is made to be used for small and fresh pet accidents.
